Canned Ham in Los Angeles

LA photographer John Skalicky shot Tom Judson for his new show called CANNED HAM.  Tom (known as Gus Mattox) is a former Broadway actor turned porno star who won best actor at the Gay VNA awards.

His show is currently in LA for three weeks at the delightful Cavern Club Theater. John, along with Alberto Leslie, saw a preview of the show last night. "The show is a must see for everyone and especially for the over 40 crowd to show that you can be sexy  and start a new life after 40" says Leslie.

Tom started his porn career in his early 40's and achieved great success." One of the smartest, best paced and entertaining one man shows I have seen. I definitely want to see it again and bring friends" says Skalicky.  While the show does not involve nudity Tom gives very interesting behind he scenes stories about the reality of the porn world and intermixes it with poignant stores about his lover, career and starting one's  life over.  " Shooting Tom again was a pleasure."   says Skalicky.  They first worked together a few years back when Skalicky shot Tom for IN MAGAZINE when tom was doing 42nd Street.  "'Tom has this marvelous quality of just BEING in front of the camera and his sexiness comes really through," Skalicky concluded.
